We have installed an automated collection point that allows patients to pick up their medicines from outside the pharmacy, just like a cash machine.
Convenient prescription collection, at a time of your choosing, even outside of pharmacy opening hours!

Once registered, we will send you a text message with a pin number when your medication is ready for collection. Enter this pin into our shop- front Robot and collect your medication at a time that suits you.
How it works:
1. Sign up through the form below
2. Order your prescription as normal
3. Receive a text when it's ready
4. Enter your unique pin
5. Collect your medicine at your convenience
To be eligible for this service you first have to allow us to pick up your prescription from your GP practice (please allow 7 days from ordering to collection). There are some prescription items, for example controlled drugs and fridge items, that are not suitable for automated collection. We will let you know following the sign up process if any items of yours will be unsuitable.
